A) Yes! Paddling is accessible to all! Whereas a degree of fitness is beneficial we can alter our session to suit most peoples needs! Feel free to ask any questions below!
Q) What equipment do we need?
A) All the technical equipment needed will be provided! (Wetsuit, helmet, Buouyancy Aid, Kayak, Paddleboard) All you need are some shoes you don’t mind getting wet, and your usual swimwear.
Q) How long will we be out for?
A) We can tailor an experience which is just right for you! Generally you can expect to be with us for approximately 2-3 hours depending on venue and conditions! .
